10% Government Accomodation Tax and 10% service charge are to be added to the above rates. Occupancy to a maximum of 12 persons. In addition daily maid service is included. A 50% deposit is required to reserve booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the date of arrival. Because of the extra demand, bookings during the period December 15th to January 10th are payable in full at the time of reservation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS Registered Office: Herbert's Commercial Centre, Anguilla, British West Indies. Booking Conditions between Coyaba Management Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the proposer (hereinafter referred to as the Client.) DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT A completed booking form must be accompanied by a deposit. Deposit rules are as follows: Deposit Amount Arrival date > 60 days from date of deposit (excludes booking for Dec. 15 - Jan. 10) 50% Rental fee, taxes, service charge Arrival date < 60 days from date of deposit 100% Rental fee, taxes, service charge Arrival date between Dec. 15 and Jan. 10 100% Rental fee, taxes, service charge Security deposit required on all bookings US $1,000.00 The booking cannot be considered accepted until a confirmation account is issued by The Company giving the date of the acceptance and reference. The advance deposit will be returned in full in the event that the booking cannot be accepted by the Company. Alteration or cancellation by the Client will be subject to the provision of Clauses 2 and 3 of these conditions. The balance of the rental price must be paid at least 60 days before the rental is due to commence by certified check or wire transfer. If full payment is not received by this date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such case, or if the Client cancels at least sixty days prior to arrival, then a cancellation fee of US$100.00 per person will be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned. CANCELLATION FEES When the Client cancels for whatever reason within sixty days of arrival the following charges will be levied by the Company: Written cancellation received 59-29 days prior to arrival: 25% of total invoice price (less Government Tax and Security Deposit). Written cancellation received 28 or fewer days prior to arrival: 100% of the total invoice price (less Government Tax and Security Deposit). However, the Company will use it best endeavours to sell the booking and , if able, refunds as appropriate will be made to the Client. AMENDMENT FEES All bookings: In the event that an amendment needs to be made to a booking, for whatever reason, within sixty days of arrival, the following amendment fees will be levied by the Company: Within 60 - 14 days prior to arrival, for each amendment made where the total invoice price stays the same, or where a reduction in the total invoice price is involved, then a fee of US$50.00 per booking plus any communication charges involved will apply. Thirteen days or less prior to arrival no amendments are allowed. Should arrangements be altered at any time without the consent of the Company, then the Company cannot be liable either for extra expenditure incurred as a result or for a refund of unused sources. PRICES Prices may be subject to change caused by increases imposed by fluctuations in exchange rates (except those in U.S. currency), new or increased taxes on visitors or other relevant factors. It is important that you verify the rate at the time of booking. Increases will be notified to you as soon as practicable. DELAYS/CHECK-IN TIMES The Client agrees, at their expense, to notify the Company, in Anguilla, if they anticipate a delay of over two hours in their arrival. Check-in time on arrival is after 2:00 p.m. local time unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company. Check-out time is by Noon local time to prepare accommodations for other clients unless prior arrangements have been made with the Company. INJURIES The Company cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries, death or loss or damages to personal effects. The Company recommends the Client takes out proper medical health insurance while outside their normal country of residence. DAMAGES TO ACCOMMODATION Should the Client cause any damages or breakage whatsoever to the structure or fixtures or fittings of the accommodation, the Client agrees to reimburse the Company before leaving, at a price to be determined by the Company. A security deposit of US$1,000 is required and may be increased when the party includes children under twelve (12) years of age. NUMBER OF GUESTS The Client agrees to provide to the Company, at the time of booking, a list of persons staying in the accommodation during the rental period. No changes to the guest list will be accepted unless written consent of the Company is obtained. The number of guests is not to exceed twelve (12). TRAVEL DOCUMENTS The Client is responsible to ensure that all necessary travel documents to obtain entry into Anguilla are current and available. If the Client proposes to hire a vehicle while in Anguilla, they must ensure a current driving license is available for inspection.
